1. Informationon the collection of personal data

In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using this website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

CC Coalition Consulting GmbH is responsible in accordance with Article 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can reach our data protection officer at info@coalition-consulting.de or at our postal address with the addition “the data protection officer”.

2. Collection and storage of personal data and the type and purpose of their use

a) when visiting the website

When you visit our website www.coalition-consulting.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the retrieved file
  • name and URL of the retrieved file
  • browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider

The mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

b) when using our contact form

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can answer to it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the request you have made has been dealt with.

3. Cooperation with third parties and contract processors

Data is only passed on within the framework of existing laws. If we disclose data to third parties as part of our processing, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR, e.g. on the basis of our legitimate interests when using web hosts etc. (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR). In addition, data may be transmitted to third parties if you have given your consent or if there is a legal obligation to do so. If we commission service providers to process data on the basis of a so-called “order processing contract”, this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser creates automatically and that are stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not damage your end device and do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that arises in connection with the specific end device used. 5. LinkedIn link

Our website links to the LinkedIn website. The site operator is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. Instead of using plugins, we only link to LinkedIn. Therefore, your personal data is not automatically transmitted to LinkedIn when you visit our website. As a result of the link, LinkedIn only processes your personal data when you actively click on the LinkedIn button. LinkedIn may transfer the processed information to third parties, e.g. B. US authorities, if this is required by law, or if third parties process this data on behalf of LinkedIn. We have no influence on the type and scope of your personal data processed by LinkedIn.

6. Rights oft he persons concerned

You have the following rights towards us with regard to your personal data:

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data in our company.

7. Right of objection

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. Such a revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have given it to us.

8. Data security

When you visit our website, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the respective highest level of protection supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

This data protection declaration is currently valid and has the status of January 2024.
